Boden used to have thicker Ts, but I havent ordered from them in over a year so can't attest to whether they are still nice. Quality changes so much--I have three years of Boden Ts in my drawer, same exact style, and each year they get less nice.

Just picked up two lands end tees. The crew neck was very thin. The V necks were much thicker. The long sleeve tees were on sale for $10 each.

I really like the t-shirts from Boden, but get a size smaller because they run HUGE.

Instead find what you like at the store and then order online from saks. Saks doesn't carry all of their shirts and bodysuits in their stores but they do online.

$200 for a tshirt???? You are nuts!!

Target makes nice t shirts and so does Uniqlo.

If you want to spend money, I third the Splendid suggestion.

Trust me. It is worth it. Looks so much nicer than some ratty T-shirt from splendid! Is well made and I will have in ten years. I used to buy shirts every year and I got sick of dealing with cheap but expensive shirts from jcrew and the likes.

Jones New York makes a decent T. I like the ones at Lands End. The fitted cuts are thinner. The relaxed cuts are thicker, but less stretchy. I buy a size down with the relaxed.
