Leave it--very useful if anyone in the house is in a situation where they can't use stairs for more than a day or so...

Leave the tub, unless you plan to stay in the house for the next 20 years or so. I would kill (or pay lots of $$$) to find a house with a full bathroom and tub on the ground floor, just saying.
