Cinnamon rolls are really easy to make, they just take a while to let them rise.
This feels ambitious -- I don't even know where one buys yeast. Thanks for the vote of confidence.

Pillsbury's are gross. I wouldn't want to put this in my body:
Enriched Flour Bleached (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Wheat Starch, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), Palm and Soybean Oil, Whey, Salt, Cinnamon, Corn Starch, Corn Syrup Solids, Monoglycerides, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Polysorbate 60, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Yellow 5, Red 40.
OMG, wait til you see the list of ingredients in blueberries! Horrifying!!!!

If you bought them from a bakery, the ingredient list would be nearly identical. I think they all taste the same. The Pillbury ones are good.

I need these, like right now. If I didn't have 3 days worth of prep left for Christmas, I would so make these.
Can this be done without a mixer?
