Good idea about speaker phone, but honestly, what will that do other than continue the back and forth. You have to figure out if you want to stay with him knowing that he cheated or whether you want to move on. Take care of yourself. Get your thoughts in order, save money, get your professional life in order (if you are sahm or have cut back on work to take care of your kids).

Yes, you can move on with this. My sister and her husband went through something very similar 4 years ago. It's taken a lot of patience, hard work and therapy, but they've made it through. The key will be whether your husband wants to work on this.

Make no decisions about anything--not whether to stay married or to get divorced. No moving out or any other changes. Just get to a good marriage counselor stat. If he refuses to go, well then, there's your answer. You need to go alone so you can figure out your next steps.
