Trying first IUI this cycle (with Femara and Ovidrel).
Wishing all the best of luck, may 2015 be THE year.

Even though I have two healthy kids and no regrets, I'm still curious as to why we couldn't do it on our own. Under 35, no MF, regular cycles, normal blood work, clear genetic testing, good med responder, clear tubes, good lining, etc. During IVF they found a uterine polyp that they removed, but don't know if that had anything to do with our IF.

Did 3 iuis and a couple more months on our own and then did NC IVF and got pregnant first time. Got pregnant with our 2nd without trying when 1st wasn't a yr old yet.
If you can get pregnant within six months on your own you DO NOT have unexplained infertility. In fact you don't have infertility at all.
If 35 or over, yes, it is.

With #2, tried for a year then went straight to NC IVF. One egg, one baby.
I like the idea of NC IVF, but I want to get a second opinion on that. RE acts iffy on that too. Were your IUIs within the two years of trying or after? How long after your IUIs did you get pregnant naturally?
