Cold Stone ice cream is terrible--they put emulsifiers in it to help with their mixing process. And Dairy Queen isn't ice cream, it's ice milk.

I am surprised no one has mentioned Seibels in Burtonsville...best creamery in the DC area since the 1930's. Amazing ice cream cakes. Better than any of the crap at baskin Robbins!
