NP with a bit of Norwegian in me says thanks for this! Have you ever tried them vegan with coconut milk or something other than cream?

OP, pioneer woman's yogurt cream with berries and granola. Easy, make ahead, tastes really decadent, but isn't soooo decadent that later meals are spoiled.
