My doctor said to eat what you can and don't stress about not getting the "right" kinds of foods.
I'm living on graham crackers, strawberries and ice cream, pears, milk and pb&j (but bread suddenly started to smell weird to me, so that may be out).
If you want to add some protein to your diet, a great one that I use mixed into coconut water (Harvest Bay is the best) but you can add it to almost anything since it has no taste and dissolves easily--Great Lakes Collagen (in the green can).
