What I've been doing lately is microwaving a bag of frozen vegetables with added sauce (my fave is asian). You microwave it in the bag so it's so easy. Then I cook a fish or chicken breast. Serve buffalo sauce on the side for dipping (its super low cal and you can dip the veggies and chicken in it, if you so choose). Maybe a small side salad.
Super filling, low cal, and cheap.
Diet soda or protein shake for dessert and I am a happy and satisfied girl
