I know I sound like a douchebag but I've been quite nice to her actually. You commenting on what your wife would think if she ever saw the messages sounds a bit like you were feeling her out for whether she would be willing to take it further. I don't take her comment about her being fragile as a threat, it sounds more like a "I'm not in a good headspace right now, I shouldn't get involved in any kind of mess." Even with the "kiss and tell" stuff, she might have been trying to let you down gently.

Op here. I actually don't plan to have actual physical intercourse with her. I like the play, and her sendinme pics etc but I don't want to get inside of her. That's a line I won't cross. She's tried to have coffee or grab lunch and I blow it off.
