These are the ones you want - Ugg Adirondack Tall. Waterproof, super comfortable for walking, warm, good arch support. They also come in a shorter version if you want that. They are expensive and can be hard to find, but they are amazing.

I have worn my Sorel Tofino for four winters now, and I love them for warmth and cuteness. They are a bit clunky to walk in, but my warm feet and calves never complain.

I also have a shorter all-weather hiking boot that I purchased a year ago from The North Face that are also warm, water-proof and amazingly comfortable, but they change their styles so quickly that I don't think they are sold anymore.
