Have you had the dark chocolate and sea salt KIND bar? It's delicious, has some fiber and protein and has only 5 grams of sugar.

1 cup blanched slivered almonds or sprouted almonds
8-10 pitted medjool dates (or more of the smaller kind)
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
pinch of salt
Pulverize in food processor. Add a few drops of water at a time until mixture starts getting sticky. Enough so that if you pinch it with your fingers, it stays together. At this point you can stir in carob chips or chopped dark chocolate if you want. Then make balls with your hands, or press into silicone mold, or whatever. Keep refrigerated.
Definitely trying these, thanks!!
