Well that does not excuse them being racist in their casting of minorities in media; they need to give at least half the roles to people of color. It is simple fairness and common sense!

I'm Australian. When I grew up in Australia, I was quite old before I saw a black person in real life. And that wasn't even in Australia.

Open again. It doesn't seem the show accurately reflects the demographics in prison. Prison population is 8% female and.....

Chris Lilly does a lot of shows that are set in "borstal" or youth prisons in Australia. Granted they are comedies, so perhaps to be taken with a grain of salt. But there are many Samoan and Pacific Islander characters, a large percentage of the kids in lock up.
