Current co-worker used to be a server at Rasika, she said the food is made in advance (something to be expected with Indian food IMO) and that they put unbelievable amounts of butter and cream.

I am Indian and don't eat much Indian cuisine for this reason. It is shocking how much oil, ghee (butter), and cream is used.

I'm fighting the typical Indian body shape one gets from a steady diet of Indian food.
