I'm only serving my family of 4 (kids are 3 and 6) and my parents. We keep it simple and traditional.

Turkey breast, gravy
mashed potatoes
cornbread dressing
green beans
cranberry relish (my dad makes this recipe that is on the ocean spray bag - oranges, cranberries, sugar, cuisinart)
rolls that my kids will help make
pumpkin pie

+1. Get rid of the short ribs, mac and cheese at the least.

People don't get the hang of sharing vs. critiquing.

OP, we're going elsewhere, so the menus not up to me, but I can't wait for turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, oh, an PIE! (Also on the menu, bloating, over-eating, and general family angst.)
