I noticed major changes in my thighs, they really narrowed down particularly in the area closest to my knee. I haven't been in a while. I got out of the habit and I also was struggling with how much recovery time I needed between classes but I have a bunch of classes left in my package so I'll be heading back soon

Had my first class the other day and I am HOOKED.

It was by far the hardest thing i've ever done. I'd love to hear from people who have been practicing for multiple months.

How did your body change?

Totally teacher dependent. Sometimes it rocks; sometimes it's just a waste.

It's all relative. Cheaper than a personal trainer

I would like to try it but OMG the cost!!

It's not the cost of the first class, it is how expensive it would be to do it once a week.

Somewhere I read that Michelle Obama likes to do this workout.

I haven't done SolidCore in a couple of months because of the expense. My husband is between jobs right now so we are tightening our belts. I will go back to it once he starts back to work next month. I'm training for a couple of races in the spring so I've been running more. Some weeks I don't take too much recovery or my SolidCore day is my recovery or I only do a short run. Other weeks boot camp will be cancelled due to rain (March-December we are outside) or I will just take a day.

Anonymous wrote:I do Solidcore once a week in addition to 5days a week of boot camp and running 10-15 miles a week. It is a good addition for me. It is completely different than any other exercise. I have a ton of core strength and it kicks my ass. I don't think it is particularly cardio intensive, but I'm in good cardio shape so I might not notice as much. The big downside is that it is expensive. The first class is 19. Go give it a try to see what you think.

Are you still doing this? When are your recovery days?

It makes your core more solid.

If asking a perfectly reasonable question ("what do people mean when they say this class changed their body?") before plunking down money and spending time seems weird to you, I think you should join a cult.
