Subject: Thanksgiving meat other than turkey (and a couple other caveats)
I did not know there were other turkey haters! Everyone looks at me like I am crazy when I say it...growing up we had crab legs and filet - it was awesome! My in-laws serve a VERY traditional meal at 1 sharp and I also prefer the meal later in the day. My parents are serving roast beef and salmon this year but sadly we will miss it!

We always offer to bring ham (TG always at others' houses) b/c DH absolutely hates turkey. It always goes over well and it's not a ton of work.
I buy a ham, mix a glaze, bake it Wed evening, cool, slice, place on platter. Done.
