Retin A is the topical form of Accutane, a powerful acne medication. It is also the only topical cream that is proven to treat wrinkles. It is the real deal, as they say.

If OP hasn't used it before, know this: A little goes a long way. Your tube should last you for many months. There's definitely sticker shock with the $300 price tag, but it's not all that expensive if you realize how long the tube will last. Chances are, too, that at least at first, your skin will only tolerate using it every other day.
