Get some chicken salad from the deli, baguette, tomatoes, chips, fruit and cookies

Another vote for lasagna, salad, garlic bread, light dessert.

Get a bunch of chicken drumsticks, marinate the day before and just roast before people come over. Then make a carb and a salad. Done.

I would do easy. Either a breakfast casserole (you can find many different great ones on the web) or a taco bar with fixings that people assemble themselves...with extra lettuce so people can make a side salad. Pizza is boring and a lot of women don't want that many calories. Chili does make some people sick.
