With the new servers, hardware is no longer an issue. All the servers are running at very low loads. Any problems now are in software. Those would be the same whether we were running on AWS or my own hardware. What I need more than anything is someone who knows Mysql Cluster in their sleep.

Thanks. This is hilarious and, right now, might be my all time favorite post on DCUM.

Thanks. I'm looking into this now. I'm also running Oracle's Enterprise Monitor which works with MySQL (now owned by Oracle). That's not telling me a whole lot.

See the home page. Also, is the site running slow for you? All the servers have really low loads on them now, but there are a lot of users (pent up demand I guess). I can't figure out if the slowness is my connection or the site is slow.

Yes, and sometimes it still loads part of the page and then sits there. I figured the servers are trying to keep up.

Jeff's an admitted control freak.

Thanks for all your hard work. I felt bereft, like I'd suddenly lost a bunch of friends ...

I was much more productive today than usual at work, so there's that.
