Although I don't think I would enjoy the kind with Cream of Mushroom soup anymore. I really used to love stuff made with it - now, well - it's not my favorite flavor. Or texture.

No, baked trout and fish tacos are yuck. And probably not the way to get a family going on fish.

Just use a little mayo and cream cheese as the binder, like artichoke dip. Yum.
