to me it sounds like the teacher was working with your child a lot and rooting for him/her and was cheering "finally" when your child finally got them all right.
i would try to have a positive attitude towards your child's teacher.
if she didn't care she wouldn't have written anything.

Just ask about it in a non confrontational way, lets not assume what teacher meant.

prepare to develop a thicker skin.

This! And, explain that to your daughter, OP. Instead of allowing her to wallow in self-pity.

I would definitely save the paper and ask about it next week at teacher conferences.

It bothered my kid. She was the one who asked me if I thought it was rude...I could tell she was trying to figure out if it was meant to be funny even though it seemed rude. I'm not going to make a big deal about it, but I am hanging onto the worksheet...
