I can't feed my dog canned food because she got bloated when I tried that before. I will look into that brand for dry food though.

3x a year? My dog, a 30lbs terrier, eats a can of Merrick's Premium a day. It's @$1.60 a can at Amazon. That's 365 cans a year. If I only bought it three times a year, I'd have to store 120 cans at a time somewhere in my house. I don't have that kind of storage space in my AU Park kitchen. So yeah, constantly buying designer food is a hassle.
That said, my british lass loves the Pappy's Pot Roast Dinner, the Chicken Pot Pie Special Stew and the Texas Tips Steak Dinner. These are foods by Merrick's and they absolutely smell like people food. Seriously, I've never tasted it, but they really smell delicious.
Ok, yes, that would be a huge hassle! I buy an 11 or 20 lb bag of dry food and she gets at most a cup a day. 1/2 cup in the am and another in the pm if she scratches at her dish.
