The one near Springfield Mall is the best. It's pretty well-stocked and also fairly organized. Tysons used to be good, but it is now always a wreck and completely picked over. I have never had good luck at the one in Baileys XRoads. That one is the worst.

The Falls Church/Baileys Crossroads one is actually decent. There is one at the Potomac Mills outlets, but I hate that place so much I've only stuck a toe in the store and then run away quickly.

I recommend going on a weekday. The store looks like a hurricane came through on the weekends, and parking sucks. This is the only location I've found with a good toddler/maternity/plus size options, if that matters to you.

I find it hard to spend $100 at Old Navy. I'd have better luck finding something I can use at Auto Zone.
And you sound like $100 is nothing - for some people - it is money that needs to be spent well. keep that in mind before you criticize.
