Did you stay away from all white sugar and white flour? I have a sweet tooth during pregnancy and while I eat healthy, I haven't been abiding by their strict rules.
Oh no. What is the connection between labor/birth and white sugar/flour?

You brew 1 oz (1 tbps) of loose leaf tea with 1 qt of boiling water.
And then let it steep over night?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I never bothered to refrigerate it. I'd steep it overnight and then drinking the next day. I hate the taste of RRL, so I used to brew it with a celestial seasonings herbal tea bag, blueberry something, I think? It helped a LOT.
This is such a good hint. I am a tea and infusion drinker, but hate, hate, hate the taste of that tea. I'd make it cold (didn't taste as bad) and chug it.
If you can remember the specific product you used to mask the taste, PP, please do post.
