Heh. My boss reminded everyone that we're in the "4th inning" on such and such a project. She obvs meant 4th quarter or 9th inning.

Hilarious. I don' know if I could ever respect boss again. Or at least refrain from laughing at every meeting. Or resist every temptation to say "Ok, like 4th inning?"

I loved "going forward" when I first heard it. So overused now.
