To clarify: The house was 620,00 and is one story. We have two active boys. The hardwood floors are fine for now except the master has 3/4 hardwood and 1/4 plywood. We are thinking we will be living there for years to come- love the neighborhood, it is one story, good schools. The linoleum in the kitchen is ugly and in poor condition.
