I think I understand this but could you explain why cheating would make things good now?, is it because he's contented by regular sex with someone else?


If he's getting what he wants, he might just generally be happier. Plus he's probably feeling guilty.

Indeed. DH was always sweeter to me when he felt guilty about his affair. He admitted to it later. Unfortunately, it's a pretty common experience. Confront him now OP. Why wait till he cheats on you again? Unless you are planning to hire a PD to catch him in the act for divorce proceedings. I don't understand this at all.
