This would be for a solo (semi) adventure. I would prefer not too cold/snowy, but some chilly air is fine. I just want to go someplace exceptionally beautiful.

Too cold at that time of the year.
You have to focus on the southern hemisphere, the Mediterranean, Hawaii or South Pacific.
