Yikes, once a month is bad. We are once a week and I thought that was tough.

Get into the best shape of your life. Women will flirt with you more. It will make you feel better that your wife doesn't want to have sex with you when you are getting sexual attention from others. Then, if you decide to cheat or leave, the quality of woman you can attract will be higher.

FWIW, I feel for you. Hope your wife has some redeeming qualities.

Oh, that's awful. Like giving a person just enough food to barely survive - not allowing them a healthy diet or the mercy of death.

Once a month is terrible. Only a low libido person would ever suggest that's a reasonable amount.

Just because "10 times or less a year" is considered a sexless marriage doesn't make 12 a "see, we're not sexless" marriage.

Same reasons as with all middle aged women: Weight gain, body image issues, and decreasing sex drive with age. Her weight gain doesn't thrill me, but I still think she's beautiful and I want to have sex with her as much as I can. The frequency has bounced around but generally been on a downward trajectory since kids came. At times we've gone a couple of months without. But on average, I would guess we're about once a month.
