My sister broke off ties with my 2 brothers and it destroyed our entire family. Now no one speaks to anyone else. Brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, etc. The biggest sorrow of my life and I wasn't even the catalyst. If they all would have just acted like adults, we wouldn't be where we are today. Chose your actions carefully, the impact can go far beyond you.

My only sister (and only remaining family). She has always been a dependent leech that sucks resources from anyone that gets too close to her.

I told my mom before she passed that I was not going to help support her financially. She is 16yrs older than me and our roles were always reversed. I always felt like I was telling her what to do. I know she has to be mentally slow but she also has an nasty entitlement attitude.

My mother was sickly before she passed and my sister was living with her (along with my 16/17 yr old niece and nephew). All of them were stressing my mother out.

The last conversation I had with my mother, she broke down in tears and said she wanted to "go away". 2 weeks later she died.

I have not spoken to my sister since 2/2013. No plans to ever again.
