Required:
mixed greens
sunflower seeds
hardboiled egg
tinned salmon/other fish
oil/vinegar/pepper

Optional:
sunflower seeds
banana peppers
roasted red peppers
shredded cheese
olives
gomasu seasoning
sprouts

I eat some variation of the above pretty much every day.

Spring mix
Canned salmon
Sliced avocado
Red pepper strips
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Sliced almonds occasionally, if I want some crunch

I feel virtuous whenever I eat this

Not the PP, but I use about 2 parts juice to 1 part oil. I've made an oil/lime juice dressing that added some cumin and salt that was really great.
