Nashville, Mindy Project (not sure if both seasons are still in hulu, but I binge watched it there at the beginning of the summer), just started watching Moving to Sweden on hulu--it's Amy Poehler's brother and not bad so far.

I just finished binge watching Chuck recently. It was on Netflix, so I don't know if it's anywhere else.
Also Leverage is great.
On a side note, if you have xfinity, there's a ton of online content you can access. It may take a while to figure out your username (I wound up having to call Comcast) but basically anything on TV is viewable online, for at least the most recent episodes.

Shameless - the U.K. version. Very raunchy and over the top, but so clever. James McAvoy is in the first season.
Doc Martin- British show about a grumpy doctor that goes to live in a small Cornish town. Funny cast of characters, very little objectionable, gorgeous scenery.
Both are on Netflix streaming.
