Broccoli cheddar soup with French bread
Stew beef and gravy with rice
Sweet potato pie (my 5 year old calls it honey pie for some reason and eats it though she won't eat sweet potatoes)

Too early to be thinking these things. I am going to continue grilling hot dogs and corn on the cob, and serving them with potato salad and beer, until the end of September, dammit.
However, I admit I am looking forward to drinking hearty red wines, after my summer stash of viognier and sauv blanc runs out.
