The popularity of food trucks has watered down the quality.

La Tingeria, Rito Loco, and Red Hook Lobster are my favorites.

Was so excited to see them arrive in the culinary wasteland of Friendship Heights a while back. Now you may see 6 or 8 trucks at lunch, and not a bit of decent food to be found. Oh well.

Agreed that the truck food is nothing fantastic. Lots of variety and maybe quicker and more convenient than going to a sit down place for lunch but nothing really special.
