Pickled carrots and asparagus. Expensive, but on a Friday night when my husband and I want to treat ourselves to something before dinner, this does the trick.

A reasonable measured out portion of trail mix/almonds.
There's a 100 calories/15 gram protein pudding that I buy at GNC that can be a nice treat. Chocolate is better than vanilla.
Carrots/celery with hummus or peanut butter.

Berries and cream - surprisingly sweet once you've cut other sugars.

Dried fruit (apple, mango, apricot). I especially love trader joes dried baby pineapples, they're very sweet with no added sugar.

A quality piece of jerky, beef or turkey. Satisfies my urge for a salty treat but low in fat and high in protein. Also nice that it takes a bit longer to chew/eat than a normal snack.

Make a sandwich of graham crackers and lite cool whip, then freeze = ice cream sandwich
Strawberries and lite cool whip
Sugar-free jello (5 cals per serving!) or sugar-free pudding
There are really yummy diet ice cream bars, like WW brand, between 100-150 cals.

Not a particular food per se but starting by day with eggs - scrambled, hard boiled or crust less quiche - and salad & fruit for lunch on weekdays. That way even if my evening goes a lite awry with carbs/sweets/snacks I have some balance. I have way less willpower once I get home.
