The website does say "pardon our progress".


I just accessed the worksheet and had no trouble using it. I even plugged in 22000 as the father's monthly income. It doesn't automatically do your totals for you; you have to do the math. You need to find a copy of the guidelines chart online to see what the standard support guidelines would be for 22000 -- the estimator that PP put above gives you a really good idea of a general range.

See this caveat: "If the combined amount of both parents' incomes is higher than $15,000 per month, then the court does not need to use the Guidelines formula. Instead, the court can set the amount of child support based on the needs of the children."


Thanks it keeps telling me : " * Combined income exceeds $15,000 per month. Please consult a child support attorney to determine the support amount" in red at the top of the page and will not allow me to enter any more info. I think it will be the needs of our kid. I'm sure he'll have an attorney and it is unlikely I will.

Apply at the child support office. You don't need an attorney! They only recommend an attorney when the numbers are so big, but you don't HAVE to have an attorney.

I actually mean by "we" the people who keep giving her accurate and honest info about how to get CS --advice that she clearly doesn't want.
