Anonymous wrote:Warm a few Tb of butter and/ or olive oil in a medium skillet. Sauté some diced onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant. Add 2 T fresh lemon juice and about 2-4 Tb water. Bring to a simmer. Add broccoli florets , toss to coat. Cover, and simmer just a few minutes until the broccoli is slightly tender. Remove the cover, toss again to re-coat with the lemon/garlic sauce, salt to taste. Keep cooking if needed, but be careful not to overcook. The water should evaporate away; drain if needed before serving.
