My ads are for travel, Birchbox and cell phones 
Why would Jeff make an app, it wouldn't pay off financially and it would be a lot of work for him to construct and maintain. You can just open the full version on your browser. The ads (if clicked on) and local advertising helps pay for maintenance. I would think a donation button might be nice, I would give a few bucks a year for site maintenance - web fees cost money and time is money as well.
