Yes, they do require you do a test. They provide a manual for you to study and learn the process.

I just did a brief into email and skipped the cover letter and I did attach a resume. I recall hearing somewhere that they prefer if you have a degree.

I just can't make ends meet so I'm thinking I will try and do this. You have to work at least 10 hours/week... that's the part I'm wondering about. It seems easy, but if there's a week where I just can't find the time - is there a penalty? Will they drop me?
I am hoping I can just try and do a few hours one night, then a few hours on the weekend.. maybe while I'm doing laundry or just lounging.
