Divorce him. You deserve a man who will not cheat on you. He is a coward on all fronts. Plus he thinks you are a doormat so he mistreats you. Men respect the women they love.

Have some dignity and leave him.

Get the best lawyer you can afford. It will come out of joint accounts.

Yikes! Yes, your husband is most definitely disrespecting you OP. And it doesn't matter whether you were or were not supposed to be going through his e-mail, the fact of the matter is that you did and what is done is done, right?

Your husband is pretty much treating you like garbage + now it is up to you whether or not you are going to let him treat you like this or set your foot down and leave him.

The answer is completely up to you, but I think you know deep down what you should do.

Just for him to be flirting w/another woman and talking smack about you to her would be reason enough for me to throw in the towel.

He needs a dose of reality. He wants to have his cake and eat it too. Either he's all in with the marriage or he's on his own in an apartment seeing his kids every other week.
