Given it went under market on the first open house I doubt it's far from $1.25. Hell, it might even be more.

I really like it, and I don't think 2000 sq ft (plus apparently unfinished basement for storage) is small at all. Now that said $1.25 million does seem a touch steep but people will definitely pay for a home that's in really good condition where they can just move right in without having to do much if anything in the way of updates.

OP here. House was very clearly staged. Even talked to the realtor about who staged it. Like others I noticed that the kitchen was awfully designed - it's genuinely a cosmetic job, nothing more. They could have expanded the kitchen into the sun room and made it much nicer, but that would have required more than paint and builder grade specials at Home Depot. For $1.25, at least some higher end appliances, no?
The living room was narrow, and the converted sun room was half assed: no heat, nor air conditioning there.

Or, at least I'll take a range that's not a slide-in style with that awful pop up in the back.

And, the layout is terrible. There's no counter space next to the range. And there's a useless little nook in the back with that cafe table (who lives like that? That's why I think this house is staged.) I would have just used the entire space and gotten way more counter space/cabinets. Maybe a breakfast bar.
