If you don't trust your DH you have much more to worry about than the nanny. The nanny probably would not want his old ass, bit the women at work might be another case.

We interviewed a woman to be a babysitter and she was a former model who described herself (during the in person interview) as a nudist. DH was ALL excited about hiring her, but we were able to joke about it and no way in HELL were we going to hire her. I trust DH but I'm also not interested in inviting trouble. If we hired a James Franco look-alike to be a manny, DH would be concerned, so it works both ways.

Well I didn't pick or talk to any of the candidates before the interviews. DH handled it all, he chose the women who he thought would be a good fit for us.

I admit I have not invited women in who are too sexy on sittercity. I don't think I was necessarily afraid DH would cheat but the profile pictures looked like some of the girls were looking for a date and not a job. Why add the extra stress if you don't have to?

My husband has never cheated and I doubt he would. I don't care about him looking at an attractive woman on the street as I do so with attractive men. I'm more concerned about him checking out a woman who will be in my home daily and the fact he checked her out as if I wasn't in front of him.

He is her potential employer. She can't tell him to knock it off, because she wants the job or is interested in keeping the job.

If she were walking down the street, it would be fine. In an employer situation, you need to keep your libido in check.

+1 It's a natural response for how men are wired. The question is what he does after that reaction, and we hope he wouldn't act on his base impulses.
