With a moron like that advertising your house, you certainly can't get many bites.

It got your attention so it clearly worked. I like the house but the light figures look cheap and they need to paint the attic stains.

It says four bedrooms. Are there really four bedrooms on second level? There needs to be a full disclosure if houses have the fourth bedroom in the attic or basement. My biggest real estate per peeve. And you usually can't tell by the right up.

Oh to have a house in CCDC with four true bedrooms on second floor! It would be a unicorn.

The 1940s stock needs to be methodically torn down and replaced with modern craftsman style homes!
