I'm all for OOB parents joining our school, but not particularly interested in bringing in people who aren't interested in truly growing the school.
Ideally, we'll get into a school that is already good throughout the elementary grades and will put several of those on our list, but odds are not great because everyone wants those schools. I'm also looking for "safety" schools that are good for PK-3 through K, and would volunteer at the school and consider staying longer if it works for our family.
