PP, I think it is pretty easy to surmise an overweight 9 year old is probably not getting enough exercise and is eating too much and more junk than he should. It's interesting to me that OP is now worried about cholesterol and diabetes.
but people don't give you shit like that if your 9-yo hasn't memorized his multiplication table yet.
