Try the Capital Institute for Cognitive Therapy. I can personally vouch for their work. Therapists are all very well trained in CBT as well as other interventions for anxiety. Here's their website:

PP again. Just wanted to caution that they aren't in network with any insurance, but if you have out of network benefits you can submit their bills for partial reimbursment. They are expensive but worth it.
