No, I really wasn't trying to be snarky so their was no need for YOUR nasty reply. Saying that something "works" when it obviously doesn't (or you wouldn't have gained back nearly half the weight you lost!) isn't exactly "encouraging," so how dare you tell me to "shut up."
I lost 73 lbs 5 years ago and have maintained it, despite other things going on in my life. It's pathetic that you use your kid's illness as your excuse for lack of self control.
