The brushetta topping. Not the canned one they still have - this was next to the salsa near the cheese.

The spinach tofu egg rolls WERE amazing! I think they were a casualty of the spinach E. coli scare...

I'm always afraid to get too attached to anything at Trader Joe's. It seems like the more I like something, the more likely it is to disappear.

I just found mini beef tacos for the first time in a long while. I don't actually recommend them but my fussy eater adored them.

The frozen tortellini - artichoke and Gorgonzola/walnut

Frozen coffee bars on a stick- those were so good and refreshing. The coffee bars they have now are ok but not nearly as good.

Chocolate sorbet

Spinach tofu egg rolls- I think these just needed rebranding because they were amazing- you would never know there was tofu in there.

Yes! Those were the best! All my friends - carnivores to vegans - loved them. I would get requests to bring them to parties. I haven't been able to find or make a worthy substitute. I'm hearing the same thing about the manufacturers working something out. So work it out already!

Did they disappear recently? I was looking for them last week and couldn't find them. Figured they were just out of stock, not discontinued.

My most-missed item is the frozen Nirvana Burgers. Dr. Praegers is a sad substitute.

Those long fruit leathers in apricot. They have short ones but they aren't as good.

Coconut sorbet from at least 7 years ago. I dream about this stuff. They've had different versions since but none as coconutty and rich as this one was.
