huh? nothing there, really. a couple greasy spoons, a crappy small grocery or two. I guess you could walk to the taqueria but that's not a huge draw. I wish there were more there, I live nearby.

OP you sound like the owner?

House is nice, I like the artsy decor. buyers can see past that though....they aren't buying the furniture. Plus, that house is staged so its not even their stuff.

its always the price if its been sitting this long. Only thing I can guess is that its location....location....location.



No, I'm not the seller. I just pass this house everyday on my way into work.

The house is in Petworth. The price is too high for a busy street like Missouri. Simple.
